Evolution Grass™ - Now and Always, Safe for Your Family

Evolution Grass™ Systems are custom designed artificial grass installations that will vary in price depending on the exact "scope of work" required to install the grass to the meet the specified application criteria. Installation pricing is determined on a square foot basis (installation square footage is determined as Length x Width).

Installation pricing includes the cost of removing and disposing of the existing grass/top soil, installing a new base that's properly compacted, leveled and graded and includes a spunbond geotextile fabric. All of our "infilled" lawn grass and putting green systems include FlexSand™ Infill Systems (we do NOT use any recycled rubber or sand infills). Evolution Grass has been extensively tested for lead and toxicity and is the first new artificial grass system approved by one of the country's largest school districts based on CA Prop 65 requirements.

As a general guideline, the total cost of a Residential or Commercial Evolution Grass™ System will generally range from $10.00 to $14.00 per square foot. Evolution Grass™ Putting Greens will typically range from $14.00 to $20.00 per square foot.

The expected life of our Evolution Grass is 15 to 25 years in typical residential installations. Our grass is designed to be used and enjoyed daily, so our life expectations are based on lawns that have regular traffic and play. With rising water prices the payback on the initial investment for our artificial grass systems is expected to be 5 to 7 years.
